No-one needs a coach. However, many who have achieved success in some way understand having a coach helps them see their blind spots.
Most of my clients seek coaching for career, personal, or professional goals and their health & wellbeing.
To get clients where they want to be, my work often focuses on uncovering true passion & fulfilment, building self belief & confidence, motivation and overcoming blocks. I also incorporate building ‘mental fitness’ to support progress, and accountability to keep clients on track.
I focus on helping clients create choice (especially where none may seem to exist), and deeper levels of personal development. Coaching often helps my clients re-discover parts of themselves they’ve left behind somewhere.
Coaching uses questions and tools to raise awareness and create the conditions for change.
At its core, my coaching is founded in psychological disciplines.
I also draw upon personal development fields, creative coaching methodologies, and mindfulness work.
Every client is different, and every coaching journey is different. I work together with clients to create a tailored programme that is unique to them, their situation, and their goals.
